Welcome, Current and Prospective Clients. Thank you for choosing Talbot Child Psychology. We look forward to helping you address your child or adolescent’s mental health needs. 

Talbot Child Psychology currently maintains a waitlist for prospective clients. At this time, our waitlist is at least six months long. If interested, please click here to request to be placed on our waitlist.

Waitlist Process

First, please note that our waitlist is currently at least 6 months long. Upon completing and submitting a request to be placed on our waitlist, prospective clients will receive a link to access intake forms hosted within our Client Portal. Our waitlist is dynamic and we want to give all prospective clients the chance to secure the earliest available appointment. To that end, completion of the intake forms on the Client Portal is required in order to be placed on our waitlist. Prospective clients are also welcome to inquire about their position on our waitlist. 

Payment Options

Talbot Child Psychology is a participating/ in-network provider with the following Health Insurance Networks:

  • Carefirst BlueCross BlueShield

  • United Healthcare

  • United Healthcare GEHA

  • Cigna

  • AETNA

  • Maryland Medicaid


If you are unsure if Talbot Child Psychology is in-network with your health insurance, then please give us a call so that our staff can assist you by checking your benefits status.

Please keep in mind that health insurance may require a deductible or copayment.

We accept all major payment cards, ACH, as well as check payments, which should be made to Talbot Child Psychology, LLC.
